Then check out Coventry Badminton Club, a weekly friendly social badminton club which welcomes new members of all abilities.

Beginners are particularly welcome to attend, shuttles are provided and the club has loan racquets that new players can borrow free of charge. All you need is a pair of trainers and comfortable clothing.

So apparently it's 77 sleeps until Christmas, yes, I know, quite a way off.
